By completing your checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Simply Digital Wedding will provide wedding coordination services as listed on this page. Any service not explicitly listed is considered outside of scope and may require an additional fee or upgraded service.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date subject to availability.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize automated monthly charges.
Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of services.
Services are not officially booked until payment is received.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate event information
Communicate any changes promptly
Ensure all vendors are secured prior to coordination start date
Ensure venue access is granted for coordinator at agreed-upon times
4. Arrival & Working Hours
Your coordinator will be on-site for up to 10 continuous hours. Additional hours (if needed) may incur an overtime fee.
5. Décor & Set-Up
Décor must be prepped, organized, labeled, and ready for set-up.
Services do not include:
Heavy labor
Construction of large installations
Floral design (unless agreed upon separately)
6. Vendor Delays or Issues
Simply Digital Wedding is not responsible for vendor no-shows, late arrivals, or vendor errors. We will manage these issues to the best of our ability to keep your event running smoothly.
7. Liability
Simply Digital Wedding is not responsible for:
Personal injury
Damaged or lost items
Venue restrictions or policies
Weather-related complications
We will always act in the best interest of the client and event.
8. Event Termination
If the event is canceled for any reason (personal, financial, venue-related, etc.), payments remain non-refundable.
9. Media Release (Optional)
You grant permission for photos or videos taken by your coordinator to be used for marketing, unless you opt out by emailing within 24 hours of booking.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your payment, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agree to the terms of this service agreement.
